Croatia Charter Cruise – 2018 & 2017

Experience Croatia’s lengthy coastline, dotted with hundreds of islands, pebbly beaches, sun-kissed weather, and melt-in-your-mouth seafood in a new way on the Black Swan, a luxury motor vessel.

Just under 160 feet long, the ship features 18 staterooms that are designed for a maximum 38 guests. A crew of eight professional, friendly Croatians will attend to your every need.

The Croatia Charter Cruise doesn’t follow in the wake of the big cruise ships – in fact we avoid them. Our ports of call includes small islands and ports along the Croatian coastline – places where big ships cannot go. We also visit several spectacular islands, including Korcula where four centuries of Venetian rule left it with a quirky Gothic-Renaissance mix of architecture.

On the island of Hvar, we experience the hip, upscale buzz of Hvar Town as well as fragrant fields of lavender and the picturesque fishing village of Starigrad.

Highlights

Dubrovnik

  • After lunch, we stop for a refreshing swim stop at a cove of the Elephanti Islands.
  • We visit the Great Wall of Europe – 2nd biggest wall in the world – on the island of Slano, in the town of Ston.
  • In the evening, we enjoy welcome drinks, introduction of the crew and a scenic cruise-by of the medieval walls of Dubrovnik.

  • We spend the morning on the island of Mljet – most of which is a National Park where you can enjoy biking, kayaking or a guided walking tour of the monastery.
  • We spend the afternoon and evening on the island of Korcula – the birthplace of Marco Polo.

Komiza (2017)

  • We cruised to the remote island of Vis. and lunched at the waterfront cafes in Komiza.
  • On the 2017 WOW! trip, Komiza was a favorite of everyone!

Hvar

  • We were among the first to enter the Blue Grotto at Bishevo – so we didn’t have to wait in a long queue.
  • Then we cruised to the island of Hvar and enjoyed a walking tour of the city.
  • We discovered the lavender fields and olive groves on the island during the transfer from Hvar city to Starigrad and enjoyed dinner at one of the restaurants along the picturesque port.

Omis

  • We took a cruise to Omis, famous for its adventure options and hill-top fortress offering amazing views.
  • In the afternoon, we embarked on a walking tour with enough free time for shopping.
